# CalSync 1.1 (2) Optional two-way sync for iCloud / Google calendar pairs configured in Apple Calendar. - Create and edit personal events in either calendar. Enable two-way from a mapping’s menu, or choose it when adding a pair. - Review competing edits side by side. Independent field edits merge automatically; conflicting choices are applied only to the exact versions reviewed. - Propagate deletions after two checks at least five minutes apart. Deletion-versus-edit conflicts let you keep the deletion or restore the remaining version as a standalone event. - Preserve existing one-way mappings and adopt their linked copies when enabling two-way. - Recover links after interrupted syncs and preserve original alarms and recurrence rules when updating individual recurring occurrences. Two-way requires full details and exclusive, writable calendar pairs. Invitation-managed originals remain authoritative and are never edited by CalSync. Attendees, alerts, and recurrence rules are not copied. Recurring events are mirrored occurrence by occurrence; editing a copy changes only that original occurrence. Requires macOS 14 or newer. Universal Apple Silicon / Intel app, Developer ID signed and notarized, with a stapled ticket. Validation: 53 automated core tests, native UI checks with isolated sample calendars, and a universal Release build. Automated checks do not modify personal calendars; live iCloud / Google round trips remain to be verified with configured accounts.
